  2. You get one personalized nutrition habit to focus on—based on where you are now, not someone else’s plan.

  3. You get check-ins twice a week through a private video message thread (using a free app called Volley).

    You talk when it works for you. I respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

  4. When the habit feels solid, we add another. No overwhelm. No guilt.
