We'll talk about where you're at, what you need, and whether personal training is the right fit. No pressure. No sales pitch.
2. Assessment & On-Ramp
Your first four 1-on-1 sessions: movement assessment, technique coaching, and your individualized plan. You'll build confidence and understand the process.
3. Building the Habit
Your personalized program begins. Training 2–3x per week with your coach adjusting the plan in real-time. At 30 days, you'll review progress and adjust moving forward.
4. Ongoing Progress
Your coach continues to progress your training as your capacity builds. Regular check-ins keep the plan adapting to your goals and recovery.
