Timber & Steel has been open for 11 years. Bridgett and Bertha have spent most of that time specializing in strength training for adults 65 and older. They know how to read a body — yours specifically — and adjust every session around your history and what you need that day.

Sessions run about an hour in a small group of less than 8 people. Your coach programs movements based on your goals and what your body's been through. It's coached and repeatable, not a class where you're on your own.
