Build confidence in your Snatch, clean and Jerk, and Squat.
Weightlifting is equal parts elegance and brute force. They are very technical and can take a lifetime to master. This course provides you an opportunity to give those movements some extra attention for two excellent reasons.
Better mechanics will help you lift more weight and more exposure to lifting heavier weights will help you build confidence on how heavy you should be lifing. Both improving mechanics and lifting heavy will help you feel more comfortable and confident in performing these movements going forward.
