Build confidence in your bench press, deadlift, and back squat.

There are many nuances to the power lifts that we can improve, but we don’t always take the time to give them the attention they deserve. This course provides you an opportunity to give those movements some extra attention for two excellent reasons.

Better mechanics will help you lift more weight and more exposure to lifting heavier weights will help you build confidence on how heavy you should be lifing. Both improving mechanics and lifting heavy will help you feel more comfortable and confident in performing these movements going forward.
