Semi-Private Hybrid

Small group personalized coaching (2-3 people) – $324/month

Personal Training Hybrid

Private 1 on 1 coaching – $411/month

Your Path to Consistent Fitness

Step 1: Start With On-Ramp ($299 one-time)

Before joining Hybrid Training, you'll go through our On-Ramp program:

  • 4 one-on-one personal training sessions

  • Learn foundational movement patterns safely

  • Build confidence and rapport with your coach

  • Includes progress check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days

Step 2: Begin Your Hybrid Membership

After On-Ramp, you'll transition into Semi-Private Hybrid or Personal Training Hybrid:

  • Show up 3 days/week (we'll build your schedule together)

  • Follow structured programming designed for long-term progress

  • Get ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability

  • Train with a supportive community
