Step 1: Start With On-Ramp ($299 one-time)
Before joining Hybrid Training, you'll go through our On-Ramp program:
4 one-on-one personal training sessions
Learn foundational movement patterns safely
Build confidence and rapport with your coach
Includes progress check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days
Step 2: Begin Your Hybrid Membership
After On-Ramp, you'll transition into Semi-Private Hybrid or Personal Training Hybrid:
Show up 3 days/week (we'll build your schedule together)
Follow structured programming designed for long-term progress
Get ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability
Train with a supportive community
