The Character of a transformation

Are you looking for a transformation? It might be physical, mental, or both. You are on a journey toward that transformation. It's out there somewhere, and I want to help you find it.

It gets discouraging sometimes when things don't go as planned. You still have those same insecurities, and fear keeps rearing its ugly head. Maybe you still don't fit into your favorite jeans.

I've been there. In 2011 I was in poor health, struggling to run a business that was doomed to fail, and I was too embarrassed to take my shirt off at the beach. But with the help of a coach, I turned that around, and you can too.

Here's how.

I focused on actions, not outcomes. I became the kind of person that made healthy choices regardless of the outcomes.

This is what makes up your character. The individual actions you take throughout an average day, every day, define the kind of person you are and the person you become.

How often are you more concerned with how your transformation will look rather than focusing on making the right choices right now? How often do you mope around the house rather than making sure you get to the gym or making sure you have all your meal prepping done?

What if we could wave a magic wand and make your transformation happen right this instant? Then what? You wouldn't have learned everything you needed to learn to continue on. The magic wand would be the hero of your story, not you. And you are more than capable of being your own hero. All the lessons learned along the way are more valuable than the outcome.

At Timber and Steel, living better is not a destination. It is a commitment to making better decisions at every opportunity. Life is too short to wait around for the outcomes we want. We view each day as an opportunity to live better by making the choices of the kind of person we want to be.

We help people transform their bodies, minds, and lives. If you want to begin your transformation journey, schedule a free intro with one of our coaches.
