Should You Do More?

There is often a sense of not doing enough to get fit or lose weight. Sometimes, it is true that you’re not doing enough to move the needle, but that’s not true for everyone. Sometimes, you’re doing too many of the wrong things, and you need to do the basics with more consistency and for a longer amount of time.
