Upper Body Strength is a 6‑week, coach‑led progression that trains the full spectrum of upper‑body patterns—not just push‑ups and pull‑ups. Expect smart work across rows, presses, hangs, and scapular control so your shoulders, elbows, and wrists feel stronger and more stable.

You’ll train with a small group, follow a progressive plan, and walk away with strength you can feel—and a clear path to keep it going.

This isn’t a get fit quick scheme. It’s about a following a system that works and doesn’t leave you feeling broken.

🕢 Schedule: 2x/week for 6 weeks (1-hour sessions) Tuesday and Thursday Evenings at 7:30 pm

🧍‍♂️ Coach: Clayton

👥 Spots: Limited to 10 participants

💪 Focus: Pushing and pulling strength. Shoulder stability and range of motion.
