  • 4 On-Ramp personal training sessions (Weeks 1–2)
  • 1x/week Personal Training for continued accountability and adaptation
  • 2x/week Group Training in a supportive, coached environment
  • Nutrition & habit coaching through the Volley app (2x/week check-ins)
  • Progress check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days
