Push & Pull: Build Strength, Rep by Rep
A 6-week course to improve your push-up and pull-up capacity—no matter where you’re starting from.
What It Is—and Who It’s For
“Push-ups and pull-ups always seemed out of reach, but when I learned the progressions I built the strength to do them.”
Whether you’re working toward your first strict pull-up or want to string together ten clean push-ups without flinching, this course is for you.
Push & Pull is a 6-week, coach-led strength progression focused on the two movements that show up in workouts, carry over into real life, and challenge nearly everyone: pull-ups and push-ups.
You’ll train with a small group, follow a progressive plan, and walk away with more strength, confidence, and clarity about what actually moves the needle.
This isn’t about “crushing it.”
It’s about building a foundation that holds.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
That’s exactly why we built this course. You don’t need to have either movement yet to join. We’ll meet you where you are and help you build strength, one rep at a time. Just keep in mind: if you’re starting from zero, it may take more than six weeks to get there—and that’s okay. Progress is still progress.
-
Life happens. If you miss a class, we’ve got you. Missing a single session won’t affect your results much. Never does a single workout outweigh the power of consistency.
-
That depends on where you’re starting from—but most people see noticeable changes in strength, control, and confidence. Some go from zero to their first rep. Others double or triple what they could do before. You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s holding you back—and a clear plan to keep improving.
