Not every teen wants to be an athlete. But every teen deserves to feel strong.

This camp is for teens who are unsure, anxious, or simply unfamiliar with the gym.

We meet them where they’re at—no pressure, no judgment—just a safe place to move, grow, and build confidence through strength.

We teach teens that fitness isn’t about punishment.

It’s about progress. Belonging. And becoming who they want to be.

📍 Location: Timber & Steel, 1411 2nd St. S. Nampa

📅 Dates: Starts June 10 (6 weeks)

Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 4:15 p.m.

👥 Ages: 13–17

💰 Cost: $179 total (less than $15/session)
